250 g Peanut Butter (We used Smooth)
2 Serve’s Salted Caramel Vegan Protein
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
450g Dark Chocolate
Pinch Sea Salt (More for garnish)


  1. Melt the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a pot of boiling water
  2. In a bowl mix the Peanut butter, protein, salt & vanilla extract
  3. Add 1 tbsp of chocolate into each mould
  4. Lightly spread mix up the side to coat the sides
  5. Freeze for 1 minute or until solid
  6. Add 2 tbsp PB mix and spread evenly
  7. Freeze for 1 minute or until solid
  8. Cover with remaining chocolate mix and a sprinkle of sea salt
  9. Freeze until top layer is solid.
