Ingredients:
250 g Peanut Butter (We used Smooth)
2 Serve’s Salted Caramel Vegan Protein
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
450g Dark Chocolate
Pinch Sea Salt (More for garnish)
Method:
- Melt the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a pot of boiling water
- In a bowl mix the Peanut butter, protein, salt & vanilla extract
- Add 1 tbsp of chocolate into each mould
- Lightly spread mix up the side to coat the sides
- Freeze for 1 minute or until solid
- Add 2 tbsp PB mix and spread evenly
- Freeze for 1 minute or until solid
- Cover with remaining chocolate mix and a sprinkle of sea salt
- Freeze until top layer is solid.
