(Makes 6 – 8)
Ingredients:
1 Scoop Collagen Unflavoured
1 Scoop Vegan Salted Caramel Protein
1 Tbsp Tahini
1 Tbsp Date Syrup
1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
1 Cup Almond meal
50g Dark Choc (Evenly chopped)
2 Tbsp Coconut Milk
Pinch of salt
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl – leave out the chocolate
- Once mixed add in choc pieces and fold through
- Roll balls and refrigerate
- Take a photo and enjoy!
