(Makes 6 – 8)

Ingredients:

1 Scoop Collagen Unflavoured
1 Scoop Vegan Salted Caramel Protein
1 Tbsp Tahini
1 Tbsp Date Syrup
1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
1 Cup Almond meal
50g Dark Choc (Evenly chopped)
2 Tbsp Coconut Milk
Pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl – leave out the chocolate
  2. Once mixed add in choc pieces and fold through
  3. Roll balls and refrigerate
  4. Take a photo and enjoy!
