Ingredients:

1 Frozen Banana
1 Serve Collagen Creamer Vanilla
1 Cup Spinach
½ cup Oats
½ Cup Coconut Milk
½ Cup Cashews (Soaked for 2 hours and rinsed is fine)
½ Tsp Cinnamon
3 Medjool Dates

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender
  2. Blend until smooth (Add more Coconut Milk if needed)
  3. Pour into a bowl and garnish
  4. Take a pic and enjoy!
