Ingredients:
1 Tsp Chia Seeds (White)
1 Ripe Banana
3 Scoops Banana Slim It Women’s Protein
1 Heaped TBSP Peanut Butter (Crunchy)
½ Cup Blended Oats
½ Cup Dark Choc Chips
Method:
- Blitz the oats in a blender
 - Mash the Banana in a mixing bowl with a fork
 - Add remaining ingredients and mix
 - Leave the mix in the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes (The mix is sticky, this will help with the rolling process)
 - When it has cooled down, roll away!
 - Store in the fridge!
