1 Tsp Chia Seeds (White)
1 Ripe Banana
3 Scoops Banana Slim It Women’s Protein
1 Heaped TBSP Peanut Butter (Crunchy)
½ Cup Blended Oats
½ Cup Dark Choc Chips


  1. Blitz the oats in a blender
  2. Mash the Banana in a mixing bowl with a fork
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix
  4. Leave the mix in the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes (The mix is sticky, this will help with the rolling process)
  5. When it has cooled down, roll away!
  6. Store in the fridge!
