2 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt (To Garnish)
1 Handful Blueberries (To Garnish)
- Mash Bananas in a mixing bowl
- Whisk eggs and add to mixing bowl.
- Add the protein and mix until smooth
- In a warm pan, add a touch of olive oil and pour in mixture to desired size.
- Add to a plate and garnish with Yoghurt and Blueberries!
