3 Bananas
3 Eggs
3 serves Choc Vegan Protein
2 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt (To Garnish)
1 Handful Blueberries (To Garnish)


  1. Mash Bananas in a mixing bowl
  2. Whisk eggs and add to mixing bowl.
  3. Add the protein and mix until smooth
  4. In a warm pan, add a touch of olive oil and pour in mixture to desired size.
  5. Add to a plate and garnish with Yoghurt and Blueberries!
  6. Enjoy!
