1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
1/4 Cup Crushed Peanuts
1/4 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Slim It Vanilla
1 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Peppermint Oil

Choc Layer

½ Cup Cacao Powder
½ Coco Oil
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup


  1. Place the base ingredients into your processor and blend until the mixture resembles a fine crumb. Press the mixture firmly into the silicone muffin moulds. You can use a baking tray to make this if you don’t have silicone moulds.
  2. While making the choc layer, place base into the freezer. Combine ingredients in a small food processor (you can use a bowl and a whisk if you don’t have this) and blend until smooth.
  3. Using a spoon add the choc to the base layer and place back in the freezer until choc is frozen (30 mins should be enough if you are in a rush)
