Makes 12 servings

Ingredients (Muffins):

220g self raising flour
120g coconut oil
60g bondi protein vanilla
190g milk
1 egg beaten
80ml honey
2 small apples grated
1 tsp cinnamon

Method (Muffins):

  1. Preheat oven to 180C and line 12 muffin trays with muffin cases
  2. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well
  3. Divide into the muffin trays. set aside for the crumble.

Ingredients (Crumble):

40g plain flour
40g self raising flour
100g rolled oats
80g butter chopped
80g brown sugar

Method (Crumble):

  1. Mix together all the crumble ingredients.
  2. Sprinkle the rumble mixture over the muffin mixture
  3. Bake for 20 – 23 minutes or until top is golden and cooked through.
