Ingredients:

3/4 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 mashed ripe banana
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½- ⅔ cup oat milk
⅓ cup frozen blueberries

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C, grease 2 small oven-proof bowls.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except blueberries.
  3. Pour into oven-proof bowls and pop the blueberries into the mixture.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden
  5. Top with whatever you want and eat
