Ingredients:
2 Scoops Banana Slim It Women’s Protein
1 Large Ripe Banana
¼ Tsp Cinnamon
¼ Tsp Baking Powder
¼ Tsp Salt
2 Large Eggs
1 Handful of Macadamia nuts (For Garnish)
1 Scoop Healthy Ice cream
Method:
- Crack eggs into the blender first (Ensures nothing sticks to the bottom)
- Add all ingredients and blend for 30 seconds (Or until mixed)
- Heat pan to a medium / low heat
- Pour mix in to desired size (These burn easily so have your spatula ready!)
- Flip and stack
- Garnish with healthy ice cream, toasted macadamia nuts, honey, banana slices!
