Chia Pudding Ingredients:

1 ½ cup oat milk
¼ cup chia seeds
4 scoops of Bondi Protein Banana Protein powder

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients until combined.
  2. Pour into serving cups and set aside in the fridge overnight or minimum an hour.

Mapled Nuts Ingredients:

3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp nut butter of choice
A handful of roasted mixed nuts chopped
2 tbsp of roasted coconut flakes
A pinch of salt

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients until combined.
  2. Split between the two glasses and serve.
