Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut milk
2 handfuls of spinach leaves
1 frozen banana
2 cups frozen sour cherries, extra for garnish
1 avocado
½ cup shredded coconut
1 tsp cacao
30g chocolate protein powder
1 bar of Cherry ripe chocolate, roughly chopped
Handful of coconut flakes for garnish

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with cherry ripe and some cherries and coconut flakes.
