Ingredients:

1 Cup Vegan Chocolate (Roughly chopped)
1/2 Cup Smooth Unsweetened Peanut Butter
20g Vegan Choc Protein
1/2 Cup Chopped Roasted Pistachios (To Garnish)

Method:

  1. In a heatproof bowl, mix all the ingredients except the pistachios together.
  2. Place over a double boiler on medium heat constantly stirring with a spatula until the chocolate has melted.
  3. Using a silicone mould or a lined baking dish, pour the chocolate mixture in. Top with pistachios and place in the fridge to set for at least 4 hours.
  4. Slice and enjoy!
