Serves 1

Ingredients:

20g (1 scoop) BP vegan protein powder
70g frozen banana
70g frozen coconut yoghurt
100g frozen coconut cream
½ bunch of mint leaves
3 ice cubes
1 drop of peppermint extract (optional)

Garnish:

20g cacao nibs
Puffed rice

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz. Pour the mixture into a serving bowl and top with cacao nibs and puffed rice.
