3 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
1 cup coconut cream, frozen
1 scoop of BP vegan vanilla powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup cacao nibs
⅓ cup toasted buckinis with cacao (substitute for any cookie you prefer)

  1. Place the bananas, coconut cream, protein powder and maple syrup into a food processor. Blend for 3-5 mins or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the cacao nibs and toasted buckinis with cacao and mix through. Pour the mixture into the container and freeze overnight or until frozen. Serve on a waffle cone or in a cup with toppings of your choice
