Ingredients:
3 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
1 cup coconut cream, frozen
1 scoop of BP vegan vanilla powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup cacao nibs
⅓ cup toasted buckinis with cacao (substitute for any cookie you prefer)
Topping:
Peanut butter cookies
Choc chip
Method:
- Place the bananas, coconut cream, protein powder and maple syrup into a food processor. Blend for 3-5 mins or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the cacao nibs and toasted buckinis with cacao and mix through. Pour the mixture into the container and freeze overnight or until frozen. Serve on a waffle cone or in a cup with toppings of your choice
