Ingredients:

(Serves 1)

½ cup coconut yoghurt
1 medium sized banana, frozen
½ cup coconut water
3 ice cubes
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen dragonfruit
30g vegan vanilla protein powder

Garnish

Coconut flakes
Melon or any freshly chopped fruits

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with some melon, coconut flakes and grated lime zest.
