Ingredients:

2 cups cashew butter (substitute for any nut of choice)
½  cup coconut oil
20g Bondi Protein Keto Vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp xylitol (substitute for stevia or omit)

Method:

  1. Combine all your ingredients into a small saucepan and heat on low until just melted.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk well, until a smooth, glossy texture remains.
  3. Pour the fudge batter into silicone moulds. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, until firm.
