Ingredients:

1 ½ Cup Shredded Coconut
2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
2 Serves Bondi Protein Co Vegan Vanilla
½ Cup Almond Butter
¼ Cup Cacao Butter (Melted)
2 Pitted Dates
1 Tsp Matcha Powder
1 Cup Almond Meal

Method:

  1. Melt cacao butter in a small saucepan.
  2. Add all ingredients to the food processor (Starting with the wet)
  3. Blend until a dough-like texture. (Add Almond butter if too dry, Coconut if too dry)
  4. Refrigerate mix for 15 minutes then roll away!
