Ingredients:

15 Pitted dates
2 sachets Coffee Boost Plus
4 Scoops Vegan Vanilla Protein
2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
5 Tbsp Coco Oil
1 Tbsp Desiccated Coco (More for rolling)

Method:

  1. Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes
  2. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix
  3. Melt coco oil over heat
  4. Combine all ingredients together and mix well
  5. Place mixing bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes
  6. With a TSP scoop desired size and roll in hand and then in coconut.
  7. Refrigerate, snap a pic and eat!
