3⁄4 cup almond milk
1 scoop citrus collagen protein powder
1⁄2 a cup of dessicated coconut
1 tbsp orange marmalade
2 tsp honey
2 tsp cacao powder
1 frozen banana or 1 fresh banana
1⁄2 a cup of ice


  1. Add the almond milk, protein, coconut, marmalade, honey, cacao into a blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana and blend.
  3. If you are using a fresh banana add 1⁄2 a cup of ice and blend.
