Makes 2 jars

Ingredients:

240 ml unsweetened plain oat milk (1 cup)
18g chia seeds (1 ½ tbsp)
64g natural smooth cashew butter (substitute for any nut butter)
30ml maple syrup (substitute for coconut sugar or honey)
90g rolled oats
20g BP vegan protein powder

Toppings:

Sliced banana, blueberries, raspberries, paw paw, strawberries
Granola
Toasted buckwheat
Nuts

Method:

  1. To a mason jar or small bowl with a lid, add almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup and stir with a spoon to combine. The peanut butter doesn’t need to be completely mixed with the oat milk
  2. Add oats and protein powder and fold through. Press the oats into the liquid to ensure it is moistened and immersed in milk.
  3. Cover securely with a lid or seal and set in the refrigerator overnight to soak.
  4. The next day, open and enjoy as is or garnish with desired toppings.
