3/4 cup raw almonds
1 cup Pitted Prunes, chopped
1/4 cup LSA or chia seeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 sachet Bondi Protein vanilla powder
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup desiccated coconut


  1. Place almonds in a bowl of food processor and pulse until finely ground. Add prunes, chia seeds, cocoa powder, protein powder and peanut butter and blitz until combined. Add in the coconut oil and maple syrup and pulse until mixture forms into together.
  2. Using a tablespoon as a measuring tool, spoon out the mixture and roll into balls using your hands. Place coconut into a bowl and coat the balls in them.
  3. Store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
