Protein Porridge Ingredients:

80g rolled oats
350ml oat milk/water
2 scoops Bondi Protein Powder
Pinch of salt


  1. In a saucepan add all the ingredients on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until creamy and thick
  2. Set aside for serving

Stewed Rhubarb

250g rhubarb cut into inch long pieces
40ml maple syrup


  1. Place the rhubarb and maple and 2 tbsp of water into a pot and bring to the boil then simmer for 8-10 minutes until rhubarb is cooked but not completely broken down
  2. Set aside for

To serve:

  1. Spoon porridge into a bowl with a few tbsps of the rhubarb
  2. Top with roasted hazelnuts and enjoy
