Ingredients:

40g Oats
250 ml Milk (I used Almond)
1 Scoop Bondi Protein Vanilla
1 Tsp Cinnamon

To Garnish:

1 Banana
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
¼ Cup Blueberries
6 Raspberries

Method:

  1. Add the Oats, Milk & Cinnamon to a small pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Allow to simmer for 3 minutes or until a thick consistency.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the protein powder.
  4. Slice you banana long way and add to a fry pan. (Sugar & Butter is optional to caramelise)
  5. Flip until golden brown and remove from heat.
  6. Add your porridge to a bowl and garnish.
  7. Enjoy
