1/3 Cup Salted Caramel Vegan Protein
3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Pint of salt (Any type)
2 Tbsp Almond Butter
8 Pitted Dates
1 Cup Almonds (We used roasted)
1/3 Cup Rice Malt Syrup
2 Tbsp Maca Powder
4 – 5 Tbsp Coconut (to roll in)


  1. Add dates to a bowl, boil kettle and cover dates with boiling water (This is to soften)
  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until a consistent texture
  3. If too dry add more coco oil (Mix should stick together when pressed)
  4. Using a spoon, spoon mixture from bowl and roll.
  5. Roll in coconut and refrigerate.
