40g vanilla slim it women’s protein
100g frozen sour cherries, substitute for any berries
80g rolled oats
35g coconut flour
20g desiccated coconut, for coating
2 tbsp coconut oil
Pinch of salt
40 ml maple syrup


  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until you get a sticky dough. If too dry, add a few drops of coconut oil.
  2. With your hands shape the balls into even round balls. Coat with desiccated coconut
  3. Let it set in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving. Store in an airtight container placed in the refrigerator for up to one week.
