Ingredients:

40g Banana Protein
½ Frozen Banana
1 Tsp honey
1 Cup Frozen Mango
½ Cup Plain Kefir (Or Greek Yoghurt)
½ Tsp Ground Turmeric
2 Ice Cubes

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender, always starting with the liquid.
  2. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
